Adam Burton III founded OSAIC Training—On Scene and in Charge—to bring clear, practical emergency education directly to schools, workplaces and community organizations. He is an American Heart Association instructor, and his firefighter-paramedic and instructor background keeps the training focused on calm decision-making, strong fundamentals and hands-on performance.
